2027 Honda CRF450 gains 10% power, new HRC-WE variant
Honda launches 2027 model year CRF450R and CRF450RX with major updates: 10% more power and 4% more torque from a redesigned engine featuring larger bore, new piston, and shorter-stroke crankshaft. The 70% new frame uses optimized sections and materials. A new HRC-WE variant includes hand-finished ports, Yoshimura titanium exhaust, and Twinair filter. The CRF450RX gains a titanium fuel tank. CRF250 models receive visual updates and graphics refresh.

2027 Honda CRF450RX: New Engine and Chassis
Honda unveiled the 2027 CRF450RX with a redesigned 449.5cc engine delivering 10% more power and 4% more torque than its predecessor. The bike features a 70% new twin-spar aluminium frame, weighs 103.5kg (5.6kg lighter), and includes a titanium fuel tank, titanium intake and exhaust valves, and new slipper clutch with Back Torque Limiter. Electronics include HRC Launch Control, HSTC, and EMSB. The 18-inch rear wheel is now standard fit.

Honda CRF450R 27YM gains 10.3% power, 4.5kg lighter
Honda's 2027 model year CRF450R features a 449.5cc engine producing 10.3% more power and 3.7% more torque than the previous generation. The new model weighs 102.7kg without fuel, a 4.5kg reduction achieved through a 70% redesigned frame and updated suspension. The variant formerly known as CRF450RWE is now designated CRF450 HRC-WE. New features include a Back Torque Limiter with rubber damper activation.
